28 weeks this week. WAHOO!

We have surpassed a crucial milestone this week! We have made it to 28 weeks. Statistically 28 week old babies are much better off. Obviously we want to make it further, but we had a mini celebration. :) Our next goal they say is 32 weeks.

My doctor's appt was routine this week. The doctor I met with (another different one) has a concern about the Accreta (where the placenta which happens to be attached to the bottom side of my uterus grows into the muscle tissue of the uterus, or the cervix, or the bladder, etc) which causes complications for a c-section. He wants an MRI scheduled for week 32 to try to get a better look at what exactly the placenta is doing.

My glucose test was normal, they also did some blood tests for potential issues with blood clots since it runs in the family on my Dad's side and that test was normal also.

They hooked me up to the monitor for about a 1/2 hour to get a reading on the heart beat. It's beating strong! I will go again next Tuesday.

This week has been yet another crazy week. One day at a time is our motto. The house project is still going strong, Cayden had to be picked up from daycare yesterday because he was running a low grade fever and had diarrhea. Both he and Dalton did, so obviously they have been spending some time together! We are staying with Shelly and Wiley again for the weekend (these poor people have to be getting sick of us). Shelly is scheduled to have a baby on Monday. Unless something happens earlier!

I had lots of fun visitors this week! It's so nice to sit and chat instead of watching TV!! Thanks for coming to see me and for bringing us meals everyone. You are keeping us afloat!
