Good News
We had a big doctor’s appointment on Tuesday. We did a couple of ultrasounds, monitored the baby and contractions, and had a meeting with the doctor.
All went very well. The placenta has migrated up 3 centimeters which the doctors are thrilled about. From what they can tell, there is little chance of an accrete – which is REALLY good news. The doctor also said that there is only about a 50% success rate of diagnosing an accrete before the actual surgery – there just aren’t good tools for it.
They also scheduled the c-section for November 7th, so we will have an election day baby.
